Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Content Moderator will review online activity flagged by AI for potential risks to students, execute communication protocols with school safety teams, and conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure student well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Review potentially harmful online activity flagged by AI and determine appropriate interventions
• Manage emergency communication protocols with school districts to prevent harm
• Monitor the real-time online alert queue to ensure timely responses to critical incidents

Required Qualifications

• Background in education, psychology, or law enforcement to identify crisis indicators
• Experience in crisis intervention or counseling to handle high-pressure situations
• Ability to maintain focus while managing a continuous real-time alert queue
• Familiarity with social media trends and pop culture for effective context interpretation
• Bilingual proficiency for conducting real-time safety interventions
