Content Moderator, Spanish Speaker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Moderator, Native Spanish Speaker.

Key Responsibilities

• Read, assess, and apply codes to user-generated content in both Spanish and English
• Review performance feedback to minimize errors and meet performance metrics
• Participate in coaching calls and manage performance expectations using various online tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent international credential
• Proven professional proficiency in English and native-level proficiency in Spanish
• Must reside in the United States, specifically in TX, AR, FL, GA, IL, NC, or OH
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to work a semi-flexible schedule of 16-29 hours per week, including weekend hours
