Content & Narrative Lead

Job Summary

Building a compelling narrative for digital identity verification, the full-time salaried Content & Narrative Lead will manage PR, thought leadership, and original research while working remotely or from an office on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive narrative across various platforms, including PR and the company website
• Create original research and benchmark reports using company data to position Trulioo as a thought leader in the industry
• Oversee a lean editorial team and agency partners to architect a content system that enhances workflow and quality

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building an editorial voice from the ground up
• Strong understanding of AI's role in content creation and its impact on quality
• Background in fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or regulated B2B sectors
• Experience managing agency partnerships and directing content strategy
• Ability to create compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including industry executives and the general public
