Job Summary

Driving the narrative for a leading digital identity verification platform, the full-time Content & Narrative Lead will create compelling stories across various channels, manage editorial strategies, and leverage AI technologies to enhance content quality and engagement in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive narrative strategy across PR, thought leadership, and digital platforms
• Transform data on fraud and identity verification into original research and impactful content
• Manage agency partnerships and direct a lean editorial team to support content ideation and production

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building editorial voices from the ground up
• Strong understanding of AI's role in content creation and its impact on quality
• Background in fintech, identity, or cybersecurity sectors
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences
• Experience managing agency relationships and editorial workflows
