Content Operations Contractor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the Content Systems & Copyright Operations Contractor will manage digital asset quality control, ensure metadata integrity across platforms, and oversee copyright registration processes while facilitating communication between content teams and legal partners.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfill content requests and manage vendor relationships related to digital assets
• Conduct quality control on metadata and archives, including vendor reviews
• Oversee the copyright registration process, tracking progress from start to finish

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in file management and copyright operations
