Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Operations Manager to oversee the governance and operational use of marketing content and digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain content governance standards and lifecycle management
- Own metadata strategy and drive modular content practices
- Serve as the business owner for CMS and DAM platforms, overseeing administration and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in content operations or marketing operations roles with governance accountability
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale CMS and/or DAM platforms
- Expertise in metadata strategy and taxonomy design
- Experience with modular content approaches and workflow design
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus
