Job Summary
Owning the content strategy for client accounts, the full-time remote Content Operations Manager will manage content calendars, assign tasks to writers, and ensure quality control of all written materials before they reach clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage content calendars and maintain realistic deadlines across all active accounts
- Assign and brief writers, ensuring tasks align with their strengths and capabilities
- Edit all content prior to client submission, ensuring it meets quality standards and brand guidelines
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in editing or managing content, preferably in an agency or SEO/content marketing environment
- Strong editorial skills with the ability to identify issues in structure, voice, logic, and accuracy
- Proficiency in using AI tools like Claude Code and familiarity with cloud agent workflows
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple pieces of content across various clients
- Proactive approach to ownership and accountability for project timelines and quality
