• Lead the operationalization of development processes for optimal efficiency
• Manage development change requests and prioritize based on business needs
• Drive process efficiency and refinement through continuous improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, industrial engineering, or equivalent; Master's preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with project management methodologies like waterfall, agile, and scrum
• 3 years of related work experience, preferably in medical publishing or CME environment
• Experience with web-based project management tools required
