Content Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To oversee a wide range of video-related initiatives on a streaming service, the remote Content Operations Specialist will manage content publishing, resolve VOD playback issues, and analyze video performance while collaborating with Quality Assurance and Publishing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize video management tools to resolve VOD playback and publishing issues
• Analyze video performance across mobile and OTT services to identify and escalate issues
• Contribute to the management of video distribution and infrastructure integration into various platforms

Required qualifications

• Experience in VOD publishing and knowledge of VOD encoding and video formats
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
• Experience in an OTT/Video Streaming/Network Operations environment
• Strong technical skills and experience in video publishing issue support and escalation
• Live and On Demand publishing experience
