Content Operations Technician

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time contract role, the Content Operations Technician will manage rigorous video ingest quality control, supervise cloud-based asset processing, and contribute to user support resources while ensuring high-quality standards for video assets.

Key responsibilities

• Run ingest quality control for independent film and episodic titles, including video, assets, and metadata
• Supervise and monitor cloud-based asset processing and delivery to video streaming platforms
• Contribute to help resources by writing articles and creating tutorial videos

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in film industry post-production, video quality control, or content operations
• Strong knowledge of video codecs, audio file processing, and image processing
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools
• Excellent written communication skills for creating support articles
• Passion for film and technology
