Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Partner Training Manager to support its Content Partner Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise for the company's Commercial product suite and create engaging training materials
• Manage the curriculum development process from analysis to evaluation, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with business needs
• Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders, providing support and identifying opportunities for customer success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in educating individuals on technical enterprise software solutions
• Ability to quickly learn industry terminology and design effective training courses
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with subject matter experts
