Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with content managers and subject-matter experts to create and review course materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Manage and update content within the content management system to maintain quality and organization
• Adapt course content for various delivery platforms and assist in course builds and QA reviews

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in English, journalism, communications, or related field OR 3 years equivalent experience
• 2+ years in publishing, journalism, technical editing, or content development
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with content management systems and GenAI tools preferred
• Knowledge of XML tagging, DITA, or related content architectures is a plus
