Job Summary

Owning end-to-end educational content production, the full-time salaried Content Production Lead will manage a team of over 20 professionals across various functions, focusing on building scalable production pipelines and driving organizational improvements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the production of educational content across multiple teams, including Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts
• Oversee budget management, team structure, and operational performance to ensure effective content delivery
• Drive improvements in production processes to achieve measurable business outcomes and enhance overall content strategy

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in content production management or a related field
• Strong background in leading cross-functional teams, particularly in educational or tech environments
• Experience with budget oversight and operational performance management
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and quality assurance processes
