Content Production Lead

Job Summary

To drive high-performing educational content production, the full-time Content Production Lead will manage a remote team of over 20 professionals, overseeing the development of scalable production pipelines and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own an AI-driven content production pipeline that meets time-to-market targets
• Collaborate with the Product Management Team to prioritize and plan product development
• Set up and manage a metrics system to track performance and outcomes across the team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing distributed, multi-disciplinary teams in instructional design, QA, and design/illustration
• Hands-on experience with hiring, performance management, and competency frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to oversee end-to-end educational content production while maintaining quality
• Experience in building and tracking metrics to influence business outcomes
• Strong instructional background combined with visual judgment skills
