Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end educational content production process, the full-time salaried Content Production Lead will manage a remote team of over 20 professionals, focusing on building scalable production pipelines and driving organizational improvements to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a productive, AI-driven content production pipeline that meets time-to-market targets
• Collaborate with the Product Management Team to prioritize and plan product development initiatives
• Establish a metrics system to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement across educational content production

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing distributed, multi-disciplinary teams in instructional design, quality assurance, and design
• Demonstrated hands-on people management skills, including hiring, firing, and providing structured feedback
• Experience in owning educational content production end-to-end while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Strong background in instructional design and visual judgment
• Ability to create and track metrics that influence business outcomes
