Job Summary

To drive educational content production, the full-time salaried Content Production Lead will manage a remote team of over 20 professionals, overseeing the development of scalable production pipelines and ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own an AI-driven content production pipeline that meets time-to-market targets
• Collaborate with the Product Management Team to prioritize and plan product development
• Establish a metrics system to track performance and conduct quarterly planning and tracking

Required qualifications

• Experience managing distributed, multi-disciplinary teams in instructional design, QA, and design/illustration
• Proven people-management skills with hands-on experience in hiring, competency frameworks, and structured feedback
• Track record of owning end-to-end educational content production while maintaining quality
• Ability to build and track metrics that drive business outcomes
• Strong instructional grounding and visual judgment
