Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Production Manager to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end content production workflows across various formats and ensure efficient content movement through all stages
• Serve as the primary owner of project management tools and improve project structures and workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and smooth handoffs throughout the content creation process

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management or production management experience
• Background in SaaS, tech, marketing teams, creative, digital agencies, or content-heavy environments
• Proven experience managing complex workflows and multi-stakeholder projects
• Strong experience with project management tools, preferably Wrike
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
