Job Summary
To support the development and maintenance of customer experience resources, the part-time contract Content Project Manager will oversee the creation of onboarding materials and training guides while collaborating with various teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, production, and upkeep of customer-facing and internal support content
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, user-friendly materials
- Monitor Customer Experience survey feedback and route insights to appropriate teams for follow-up
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical writing or content management (edTech/SaaS preferred)
- Ownership of documentation processes
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
- Comfort with fast-paced, collaborative work environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint
