Content Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the development and maintenance of customer experience resources, the part-time contract Content Project Manager will oversee the creation of onboarding materials and training guides while collaborating with various teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the creation, production, and upkeep of customer-facing and internal support content
• Simplify complex workflows into clear, user-friendly materials
• Monitor Customer Experience survey feedback and route insights to appropriate teams for follow-up

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical writing or content management (edTech/SaaS preferred)
• Ownership of documentation processes
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
• Comfort with fast-paced, collaborative work environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint
