Content QA Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Content QA Analyst for a temporary remote position focused on ensuring the quality and effectiveness of AI-generated content across digital platforms, including developing test plans, executing tests, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for various content experiences, including AI-generated outputs
• Perform manual and automated testing, validating content quality and adherence to design standards
• Analyze testing results and communicate findings to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for quality improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or content testing
• Proven experience in creating detailed test plans and test reporting documentation
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
