Content QA Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely and on a contract basis, the Content QA Analyst will develop and execute test plans for Microsoft 365 content experiences, ensuring quality and usability while validating AI-generated outputs and providing actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for templates, prompt templates, and AI-generated content in Microsoft 365
• Perform manual and automated testing across various Microsoft applications, validating content quality and functionality
• Analyze testing results and communicate findings to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for quality improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Content Automation, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in QA, content testing, usability testing, or quality assurance
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test reporting documentation
• Experience scripting in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and productivity workflows
