Job Summary

Seeking a meticulous Content QA Editor for a 6-month contract position, the role will focus on proofreading and quality-checking member-facing and internal content while working remotely during East Coast business hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Proofread and QA content across various channels, including SMS, email, and internal communications
• Write and maintain accurate copy for the internal knowledge base, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards
• Engage with AI tools to optimize content workflows and assist in knowledge management

Required qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience as a proofreader/copy editor, with some background in copywriting
• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to editing
• Ability to distill complex concepts into clear and engaging language
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Must align work schedule with East Coast hours
