Content Regulatory Submission Lead

Job Summary

To support digital experiences, the full-time contract-to-hire Content Regulatory Submission Lead will manage the creation, review, and delivery of regulatory submission documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of regulatory submission documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved digital experiences
• Serve as the primary liaison between Content Design, Product Design, and Regulatory teams to define submission timelines and documentation requirements
• Perform detailed quality assurance reviews to validate documentation accuracy and completeness, tracking multiple submission efforts simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, project management, or content management
• Background in Content Design, UX Writing, UX Design, or related digital experience field
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital product experiences and design workflows
