Content Review Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Review Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, track, and analyze database accuracy and team efficiency metrics
• Manage a team of contractors responsible for day-to-day manual review tasks
• Resolve higher-tier review tasks daily and respond to any escalated items from review contractors
