Content Rights Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting MaxPreps Social's rights and content operations, the part-time Content Rights Coordinator will source, clear, and document user-generated content and third-party media while managing brand-protection workflows and assisting with social publishing tasks remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source and clear creator-owned UGC, maintaining accurate records of permissions and approvals
• Tag and categorize published content in analytic tools to ensure accurate reporting for editorial and sales teams
• Manage assigned brand-protection workflows, escalating any fraudulent or malicious content as necessary

Required qualifications

• Experience in social media, content operations, rights/clearances, or a related field
• Familiarity with copyright, music usage, and media-rights concepts
• Comfort managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social platforms and analytics/tagging tools; knowledge of ListenFirst is a plus
• Availability for a part-time schedule, including regular weekend coverage and designated weekday hours
