Content & SEO Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the organic channel as a revenue driver, the full-time remote Content & SEO Operations Specialist will manage technical SEO, content strategy, and revenue attribution, overseeing site architecture, content production workflows, and off-site authority building.

Key responsibilities

• Own the internal link structure and manage on-site SEO infrastructure, including 301 redirects and schema markup
• Develop and execute backlink strategies and monitor website health through ongoing technical audits
• Build keyword-optimized content briefs, manage the content calendar, and conduct quarterly content gap analyses

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in SEO, content operations, or a combined digital marketing role
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs or SEMrush (mandatory)
• Proficient in HubSpot CMS for publishing and managing content
• Ability to analyze data and make independent prioritization decisions
• Familiarity with crawl tooling like Screaming Frog or Sitebulb is a plus
