Content Solutions Analyst I

Job Summary

Supporting the clinical operations and content team, the full-time salaried Content Solutions Analyst I will conduct research, perform quality assurance, and analyze medical policies while collaborating across various payment policy management solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex data and synthesize findings for internal and customer use
• Develop business logic for new rules and enhancements, translating industry references into policy
• Collaborate with product teams to provide coding and clinical expertise for new policy rollouts

Required qualifications

• BS in Nursing, Pharmacy (BSPharm or PharmD), or equivalent degree
• 3 years of experience in a clinical/retail setting or clinical coding in a payer setting
• 3 years of research experience related to coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD, NDC) or relevant internal role at Cotiviti
• 5 years of experience in rule requirement gathering and software enhancements
• Willingness to obtain relevant certification within one year of employment
