Job Summary
A company is looking for a Content Specialist to create engaging content that supports customer education and knowledge management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update written content for help center articles, training materials, and internal resources
- Support the development of multimedia assets, including short-form videos and tutorials
- Translate complex product information into user-friendly content and maintain accuracy across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, writing, or knowledge management in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating clarity and audience focus
- Experience with short-form video editing and basic graphic design is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk or Adobe Premiere is a plus
