Job Summary

Detail-oriented and adaptable, the contract Content Specialist will work remotely to onboard hotel partners by building and quality-checking content for hotel property pages, utilizing AI-assisted tools to enhance content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt workflow to partner connectivity setups, acting as a quality checker for integrations and executing full builds as needed
• Manage multiple property builds concurrently while ensuring high-quality content according to established standards
• Utilize AI prompts to draft and refine room descriptions and supporting copy, ensuring accuracy and tone through human review

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content production, editorial, marketing, hospitality, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications
• Comfort with AI-assisted writing tools and willingness to learn prompting techniques
• Highly organized with the ability to manage structured workflows and multiple projects under deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies in copy and imagery
