• Experience hiring content writers and editors in diverse markets
• Direct experience in iGaming/Crypto/SaaS industry, ideally affiliate industry
• Knowledge of job boards and recruitment methods, with a focus on LinkedIn
• Sales, analytical, and negotiation skills
