Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, test, and improve Help Center articles and customer support content
• Create and refine documentation to support Generative AI systems
• Manage multiple writing and documentation projects under tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of overall professional experience
• 2+ years in technical writing or content strategy
• At least 6 months of experience creating content for Generative AI systems
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
