Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Test WalkMe content and user experience, collaborating with engineering and support teams
• Maintain and update WalkMe content throughout its lifecycle
• Ensure content aligns with company voice and standards while considering audience needs and technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy and writing for in-product help or technical writing
• 1+ year of non-technical project coordination experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with WalkMe or equivalent programs
• Ability to collaborate across internal teams and external vendors
• Experience with storyboarding and visual content planning techniques
