Content Strategist

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Content Strategist III for a temporary remote position, this role will manage user support content, conduct root cause analyses, and enhance the support experience for a global user base, particularly focusing on Generative AI resources.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analyses on user support tickets to identify and address issues within support systems
• Write, edit, and improve online support articles and customer responses, ensuring alignment with content strategy
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop effective support messaging and iterate on content updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field (or equivalent international qualification)
• 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or content strategy role
• 6+ months of experience writing content for Generative AI
• Proven ability to plan and write online support content for digital platforms
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
