Job Summary

To enhance user support experiences, the remote Content Strategist will manage content updates, conduct root cause analyses on support chatbot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve help resources and messaging.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct root cause analyses on user support tickets to identify and resolve content issues
  • Write, edit, and improve Help Center articles and customer support responses based on content strategy
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance support messaging and workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or content strategy role
  • 6+ months of experience writing content for Generative AI
  • Proven ability to plan and write online help content for social media platforms and/or mobile apps
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
