Job Summary
To enhance user support experiences, the remote Content Strategist will manage content updates, conduct root cause analyses on support chatbot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve help resources and messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analyses on user support tickets to identify and resolve content issues
- Write, edit, and improve Help Center articles and customer support responses based on content strategy
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance support messaging and workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or content strategy role
- 6+ months of experience writing content for Generative AI
- Proven ability to plan and write online help content for social media platforms and/or mobile apps
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
