Content Strategist

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the global content strategy, the full-time Content Strategist will manage Xe's editorial direction across various channels and markets, focusing on driving measurable business outcomes related to acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize content strategies across owned channels, including blog, social, and email
• Define content priorities by segment, funnel stage, and market in collaboration with Product Marketing and Brand
• Build and maintain scalable content operations and governance processes across markets and channels

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in content strategy or brand content, preferably in fintech or consumer digital sectors
• Proven ability to develop content strategies across written, video, and social formats
• Cross-functional experience collaborating with SEO, paid, and lifecycle teams
• Strong editorial judgment to maintain a consistent brand voice across outputs
• Experience using testing and performance insights to optimize content effectiveness
