Content Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Content Strategist will support the implementation and maintenance of updates to the field intranet site, ensuring consistency and improving user experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Support cleanup and maintenance of field intranet content, including copyediting and verifying accuracy
• Implement content updates from business partners and manage a work queue while meeting service level agreements
• Facilitate outreach for content updates and support the development of content strategy documentation

Required qualifications:

• B.A. in journalism, communications, English, marketing, digital media, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in UX writing and/or content strategy in relevant organizations
• Experience in a large corporate environment is a plus
• Strong writing skills with a command of grammar, spelling, and vocabulary
• Experience in UX and technical writing, with adherence to brand voice and style requirements
