Content Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Content Strategist will oversee complex content projects, create strategic recommendations, and develop user-centered communication processes that impact millions of Americans.

Key responsibilities

• Create content-focused strategic and tactical recommendations, including content modeling and taxonomy development
• Plan and implement scalable enterprise-wide content initiatives while aligning diverse client stakeholders
• Develop content creation processes and editorial workflows, mentoring mid-level teammates and external partners

Required qualifications

• Depth of experience leading complex, long-term content projects such as CMS migration and content development
• Experience building information architecture, specifically content hierarchy and organization
• Understanding of analytics planning and tracking
• Experience with content curation or editorial planning
• Self-directed with an adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, and positive mindset
