Content Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temporary basis, the Content Strategist III will manage the development of support content for product and feature launches, ensuring readiness for a global user base while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope and develop comprehensive content plans for upcoming feature and product launches
• Create, edit, and improve Help Center articles and customer support responses, particularly for Generative AI content, ahead of launch
• Manage multiple concurrent launches, ensuring all support content is accurate and live at the time of launch

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field (or equivalent international qualification)
• 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or content strategy role
• 6+ months of experience writing content for Generative AI
• Proven ability to plan and write online help content and customer support responses
• Experience with content management systems and project management tools
