Content Strategist
Job Summary
To support product launches, the full-time remote Content Strategist will manage the creation and improvement of support content, including Generative AI resources, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for new features.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate support content needs for upcoming product launches
- Audit existing content, identify gaps, and prioritize updates for launch readiness
- Create and edit Help Center articles and customer support responses, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical writing or content strategy role
- 6+ months of experience writing content for Generative AI
- Proven ability to manage content for multiple concurrent launches
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
