Job Summary

To support the growth of a high-performing personal brand, the part-time contract Content Strategist for Growth will manage content execution, audience engagement, and lead-generation optimization on X (Twitter), utilizing AI tools to create and schedule tweets aligned with the founder's voice.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily competitor intelligence reports and identify content trends within the niche
• Create and schedule 15-20 tweets weekly, ensuring alignment with audience awareness stages
• Monitor DM funnel activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize content based on engagement data

Required qualifications

• Proven experience growing B2B brands or founders on X (Twitter)
• Strong copywriting skills with an authentic, human tone
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or similar platforms
• Understanding of audience awareness frameworks and conversion-focused content
• Familiarity with DM funnels, lead magnets, and CRM workflows
