Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a consumer-facing mortgage servicing role or 5+ years in a consumer content role
• Portfolio of past written communications
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Advanced PC system skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft product suite
