Job Summary
Driving the strategic vision for B2B and B2C content ecosystems, the full-time remote Content Strategy Manager will oversee the content journey from high-level mapping to final delivery, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-converting content.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and scale a comprehensive, persona-driven B2B content strategy to engage and convert enterprise customers
- Provide creative direction and manage external agency relationships to ensure high-quality content production
- Collaborate with Demand Generation managers to execute a structured content testing agenda and analyze performance metrics for actionable improvements
Required qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in content strategy, lifecycle marketing, or brand strategy with a focus on B2B and B2C
- Strong agency management expertise with a proven track record of setting KPIs and maintaining high-quality production
- Deep understanding of multi-channel content adaptation, particularly for platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools to enhance ideation and strategic framework mapping
