Job Summary

Building and leading a creator-first creative system, the full-time salaried Content Studio Lead will set the creative direction, develop concepts, and manage a roster of creators while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output in a flexible, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the creator-led content process from insights to production and performance analysis
• Set and uphold creative standards, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business objectives
• Develop design systems and templates to enhance speed and consistency across various content formats

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in creative direction, brand creative, or content production
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and storytelling through creators
• Experience in developing creator concepts and directing creator talent
• Proven ability to translate audience insights and performance data into effective creative concepts
• Experience building creative systems and templates that improve production efficiency
