Content Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support FUSE's immersive training platform, the part-time Content Support Specialist will capture 360 photo and video content, assist in content development for training environments, and engage in outreach efforts to build relationships with organizations in public safety and medical training sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and organize 360 photos and video footage for FUSE training modules
• Support the FUSE team in gathering real-world visual content and identifying practical use cases for immersive training
• Assist in outreach to potential contacts in fire departments, EMS organizations, and educational institutions

Required Qualifications

• Current or prior experience in EMS, fire service, public safety, healthcare, or a related field
• Familiarity with training environments such as fire departments, EMS programs, and universities
• Interest in immersive training, virtual reality, and 360 content
• Ability to work independently while following direction from team members
• Located in the DC/Metro area, with a hybrid work arrangement involving remote and field-based content capture
