Job Summary

To modernize content creation processes, the remote Content Systems and AI Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, leverage AI tools for content production, and ensure brand compliance while maintaining high creative standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development and improvement of content creation models and workflows to increase efficiency and output
• Utilize AI tools for ideation, drafting, and adaptation of content, while establishing best practices for responsible usage
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure tools and processes meet creative and performance needs, while providing training on new approaches

Required qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in a creative, content, or digital production role with a focus on content quality and brand alignment
• Background in writing, editing, design, or content strategy, with experience in reviewing creative work across multiple channels
• Strong understanding of the creative lifecycle and familiarity with content systems and workflow tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, with sound judgment on their application
• Curiosity about innovation and emerging technologies that enhance creative work, along with a willingness to experiment and adapt
