Content Tester

Job Summary

Supporting a program onsite in Pensacola, FL, the full-time Jr. Content Tester will validate, test, and document digital training content and applications within a VMware Horizon Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment to ensure functionality, accessibility, and compliance for a Navy client.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, usability, and content validation testing within VMware Horizon VDI environments
• Document test procedures, results, defects, and recommended corrective actions while collaborating with technical teams
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor content performance to identify compatibility issues across virtual desktops

Required qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain one
• CompTIA Security+ certification or a qualifying Bachelor's degree in a related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Content Testing and Quality Assurance
• Experience with Technical Documentation Review and User Acceptance Testing
