Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Writer 1 to maintain operational excellence across the VBD content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Review and refresh foundational and business-process VBD assets, maintaining versioning and lifecycle signals
Coordinate content review cycles with owners and triage incoming feedback
Contribute to runbook-style documentation and maintain supporting execution materials

Required Qualifications

Strong content writing and editing experience
Background in documentation review
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio)
Experience triaging and incorporating feedback
Ability to work independently with clear standards
