Content Writer

Job Summary

Creating benefits educational content for multiple clients, the remote Content Writer I will write, edit, and proofread various communications while ensuring alignment with client style guides and program goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver content for benefit guides, emails, presentations, and other mediums
• Maintain client-specific artifacts and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of content delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand their health plans and employee demographics to produce impactful content

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in journalism, content creation, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of AP and Chicago style writing rules and guidelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and recognize competing priorities
• Compelling portfolio of writing samples must be submitted for consideration
