Job Summary

To create engaging UX content for customer-facing support articles and troubleshooting tools, the contract Content Writer will work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and accessibility guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit UX content for support articles and troubleshooting tools aimed at both consumer and business audiences
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and legal teams to review and enhance existing content while adhering to style, SEO, and accessibility guidelines
• Manage content projects independently, ensuring alignment with digital experience standards and business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of mid-level experience in support content, UX writing, or content design
• Two or more years of experience in content strategy, incorporating user testing and industry research
• Experience writing UX content for digital platforms, including support articles and mobile apps
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and project management systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus
