Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Writer 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and refresh foundational and business-process VBD assets, maintaining versioning and coordinating review cycles
• Triage incoming feedback, address necessary updates, and track issues to closure while identifying recurring quality themes
• Perform editorial and accuracy reviews to enforce documentation standards and improve readability

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a technical field, English, journalism, or communications is required
• 5-7 years of professional experience is required, including at least 2 years in the specified client environment and technical writing
• Strong content writing, editing, and documentation review background
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
• A portfolio of relevant work samples is required for assessment
