Job Summary
Managing complex assignments, the full-time Contents Claims Coordinator will handle claims from triage to valuation services while collaborating with various business units in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and manage complex claims assignments to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with Adjuster Owners and various business units to facilitate the claims process
- Provide customer service support through Live Chat and Hotline, primarily focusing on commercial claims
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in property and casualty claims
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to work independently
